By accessing and using Nohmos services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Nohmos provides automated security compliance scanning and evidence generation services. Our platform scans your repositories for security vulnerabilities and generates compliance documentation for SOC-2 and other frameworks.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Ensuring you have proper authorization to scan repositories
- Reviewing and validating generated security patches
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Not using the service for malicious purposes
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
Your data privacy is important to us. We process source code in ephemeral containers and delete it within 24 hours. We only retain scan results and metadata as necessary to provide our services. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Nohmos provides security scanning and compliance tools, but we cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected or that generated patches will be suitable for all environments. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all security recommendations before implementation.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with changes taking effect at the next billing cycle.
Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
